Wainbee Strengthens its Automation Focus with The Strategic Acquisition of Brimotion Automation & Controls

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering value to our shareholders and strengthening our position in the market, we are excited to share that Wainbee Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of Brimotion Automation and Controls of Dorval, Quebec.

This strategic acquisition represents a significant opportunity for us to enhance our product strength in Pneumatics and Automation, by combing Brimotion’s unique value-added and customer service strengths with Wainbee’s national breadth of Automation products. By integrating Brimotion into our portfolio, we are poised to unlock new products and services for Brimotion’s customers, as well as enhancing Wainbee’s focus on Automation nationally with Brimotion’s technical competencies. The acquisition was completed on September 1, 2024, and it is expected that full name and enterprise solution system changes will occur before November 1, 2024.  Brimotion has considerable heritage and Wainbee is honoured to be part of their plans for integration. 

We are pleased to also announce that Eugene Berthelet and his entire staff will join Wainbee as employees and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship together.
