BENEFITS TO YOUR BOTTOM LINE
Enhanced Productivity. Power-Packer’s cutting-edge, adaptable design lets you streamline your in-house processes. Each custom hydraulic stabilization leg is delivered fully assembled, so you can start using it right away—no disassembly or reassembly needed.
Improved Safety. Integrated dual counterbalance valves offer a suite of critical safety benefits. They prevent catastrophic failures, even if the valve is positioned remotely. Additional features include a recessed design to guard against external damage, a relieving function to manage pressure, and protection against thermal expansion. The valves also provide integral load holding and maintain load stability even if pressure is lost, reduce leak points, and eliminate the need for external transfer tubes. Furthermore, SAE fittings are used to significantly reduce the risk of leakage compared to standard NPT fittings.
Ease of Service. If repairs or replacements are needed, Power-Packer’s bolt-on design allows for easy removal without relocating your equipment, ensuring the most cost-effective and quickest return to normal operations.
Rugged, All-Weather Design. Power-Packer hydraulic stabilization legs and outriggers are engineered to endure the toughest working conditions. Their robust lock nut construction ensures reliable support for your equipment, even in the harshest environments. Designed to perform in all temperatures, including extreme cold, our legs feature O-ring seals in each rod head to prevent contamination between the support sleeve/weld tube and the cylinder outer tube. Additionally, dual cylinder guide rings provide superior protection against external contaminants and enhance lateral stability.
